My bud SarahSpy just sent me this as very ‘yvynyl-y type fun’, and she’s right. The “Drawing Apparatus” by Robert Howsare uses two turntables to create geometric spirographs. Click thru to watch a vid of this baby in action.

Working on a Codeigniter 2 Project right now I decided to give FirePHP a spin since it was pointed out to me for being somewhere around the next best thing to sliced bread for PHP Debugging… or something like that. It really seems nice so far I have to say!

Collaborative Consumption
I really like the idea of Collaborative Consumption. Never have we had as much disposable income or the desire to own everything we want, and perhaps CC this is the shift we need to not only spend and own less but to have access to more.
The only problem - speed.
If I need a tool, I need it there and then. If I want to listen to a CD or watch a movie, I’d like to do it instantly.
Rachel comments that we want to hole not the drill, I don’t plan my DIY time and tend to want to make holes on demand.
